Two Sierrans Appointed to the State Water Resources Control Board

It is great to see two folks with ties to the Sierra leading our state in water issues.  In early March, Governor Schwarzenegger appointed Frances Spivy-Weber and Arthur Baggett, Jr. to the State Water Resources Control Board.  Frances Spivy-Weber, of Redondo Beach, most recently served as co-executive director of the Mono Lake Committee in the Eastern Sierra.  Arthur Baggett, Jr., of Mariposa, has served on the board since 1999 and as chair from 2000-2005.
